Hi, I’m Rosan Cruz and I’m a spiritual teacher, coach and energy healer.

FROM STRESS IN HIGH HEELS TO HEALING IN FLIP FLOPS

I first stepped on a yoga mat in New York in 1995, while on sabbatical leave from a stressful corporate job. I felt there was something more to life than what I was doing. So I decided to continue my practice when I came back home to Manila.

Since that first Hatha Yoga class, I went on to study and practice several styles of yoga including Sivananda, Iyengar, Ashtanga, Bikram, Yin and Kundalini Yoga.

For so many years, my active lifestyle (running, biking, diving, mountain climbing) and my stressful corporate career brought me various injuries including cervical slipped disc and temporomandibular joint disorder (TMJ).

But I found solace and healing in yoga, leading me to pursue it professionally so that I could help others heal as well.

My path led me to train with yoga masters all over the world.

As I witnessed the power of awareness and consciousness to heal the body, mind and soul both through my personal life and my clients, I also received training and certification in theta healing, sound healing, biogenesis and emotional release therapy.

These modalities combined have allowed me to help countless clients and students to regain health, improve relationships, build fulfilling careers, enjoy inner peace and experience self-love, self-acceptance and self-forgiveness.

My mission is to help you cultivate the energy and find the courage to truly live the life you want.

In my many years as a teacher and energy healer, I discovered that what stops people from realizing their full life is often themselves because they are constrained by their limiting beliefs and programs.

After witnessing and facilitating various transformations in my clients and students, I have developed a unique approach to coax out these limiting beliefs and programs.

And I have found that my straightforward method has helped people face their own limits so they can release and move forward.

Rosan Cruz is not your average healer. With over 20 years of experience as a successful Corporate Communications executive, she has a unique perspective on personal growth and development. In 2015, Rosan made a bold decision to leave her corporate life behind and pursue a higher calling to serve others. And she has done just that.

As a certified Kundalini Yoga (Level 2), Vinyasa, Yin, and Hot Yoga teacher, Rosan helps others achieve their full potential through the power of yoga.
