Wear light, comfortable clothes; make sure you have a yoga mat, an eye covering, and a light shawl. You’ll need a laptop or mobile device to connect to zoom and a suitable audio device to hear the sound of the gong for the online session. The online Early Bird rate is P800 until April 12, and the regular rate is P900. For onsite attendees, the space is limited, and the energy exchange is P1,000.

After your payment is complete, you’ll automatically receive the link to join the zoom session and instructions on how to receive the essential oil (kindly cover the delivery cost).
