To fully immerse yourself in the experience, we recommend wearing light, comfortable clothing and bringing a yoga mat, an eye covering, and a light shawl. Please ensure you have a laptop or mobile device to connect to Zoom, as well as a suitable audio device to fully enjoy the healing sounds of the gong during the online session.

Take advantage of our early bird rate of P800 for online attendees until April 17. After that, the regular rate will be P900. For onsite participants, space is limited, and the energy exchange is P1,000.
