May 7, 2022 * 10:00 AM
Online Session / Onsite

Are you experiencing headaches, ringing in the ears, hearing loss, pain in your neck or shoulders, or sometimes lower back and even leg pain?
Or maybe experience restricted neck movement? Or even grind your teeth at night? Chances are you are suffering from Temporo-Mandibular Joint (TMJ) disorder.
The joint is where the upper temporal bone (skull) is hinged to the lower bone (mandible) and is responsible for jaw movement such as chewing, talking, yawning, etc. 40% of nerves leave the brain via the TMJ, including the trigeminal nerve. Any restriction of the nerves can cause many different health problems.
According to statistics, nine out of ten people have experienced it simultaneously, and mostly high-stress women are prone to it.
If you suffer from a TMJ imbalance, it may be tricky to fix, but thankfully there are things you can do which will make such a difference. The first thing to do is to practice awareness.
Dealing with pain and discomfort takes a lot of energy. The workshop will provide basic background on TMJ and some breathwork, yoga, meditation, and sound healing to help you address the imbalance.
This workshop is for everyone, regardless of your yoga experience level, on May 7, 2022 (Saturday), from 10 am to 12 noon. Make sure you have a yoga mat. a water bottle, and wear comfortable clothes. For those joining online, a laptop or mobile device for zoom, good audio for the gong,
