Kundalini Yoga is a transformative practice that helps you break free from self-imposed limitations, enhances self-awareness, and activates your inner strength. This approach combines breathwork, postures, sound, and meditation to fortify the nervous system, balance the glandular system, strengthen muscles, and alleviate tension.

The classes are in a hybrid format, available online via Zoom and in person from 6:30 pm to 7:45 pm. Suitable for all levels, including beginners, to participate, wear comfortable clothes and have a yoga mat, shawl, eye covering, and water bottle ready.
