A new year begins. February 6, 2007 marks Lunar New Year and the start of the Year of the Fire Goat

In Chinese astrology tradition, the Goat is associated with creativity, compassion and harmony. Chinese New Year is a time to reconnect with family, leave the old year behind and welcome good fortune.

An annular solar eclipse also occurs on the same day. In western astrology, solar eclipses are often interpreted as times of change and new beginnings. Together, these themes invite us to reflect on our priorities and choose how we want to move forward.

Welcome the Lunar New Year with a sound healing Gong Bath on Sunday, February 7 at 4:00 PM to pause, rest and reflect on what you want to create in the year ahead. We’ll begin with a 9-minute meditation to settle your mind and set your intentions. Then lie back and let the resonant tones of the Earth Gong surround you. Allow yourself time to release tension, reconnect with yourself and reflect on what matters most, so you can move forward with a clearer sense of direction.

For a fully immersive experience, wear light, comfortable clothing, bring your yoga mat, an eye covering, and a light shawl. Online participants, please ensure you have a laptop or mobile device to connect to the Zoom session and suitable audio equipment to fully enjoy the gong’s healing sounds.

Energy exchange is ₱1,900 in person and ₱1,400 via Zoom. Spaces for live participants are limited.

This session is not recommended for women in their first and final trimester of pregnancy, children under the age of 7 or those experiencing serious mental health challenges.

Let this Lunar Year of the Fire Goat empower you to move forward with intention, grounded ambition and inspired clarity.
