Set yourself free from the cycle of guilt

Have you spent countless hours replaying a guilt memory, feeling bad because you’ve done something wrong that is unforgiveable? Guilt can weigh you down and consume you. You don’t want to carry your guilt around.

Guilt comes in many forms from simply cheating on a diet or making a terrible choice that affects your life forever. It is a restrictive emotion that keeps you in a cycle of punishment.

The 90-minute scent and sound healing session on August 12 at 10:00 is designed to determine where your guilty feelings are coming from, and making amends or simply letting it go. The session uses the powerful sound vibrations of the gong and essential oils of pure plant and flower essences. You will learn how to use them in your daily self-care practice.

Wear light, comfortable clothes; bring a yoga mat, an eye covering and a light shawl.

Early bird rate is P650 for Yoga+Express Legazpi (YPELV) members and regular rate after August 6 is P750. For non-members, early bird rate is P800 and regular rate is P950. Walk-in rate is P1,000.

Contraindications are for women who are in their first and final trimester of pregnancy, children under the age of 7 and those who are suffering from serious mental health problems.
