This 7-class Kundalini Yoga series is designed to awaken and harmonize your endocrine system—the master regulator of your body’s energy, mood, metabolism, and vitality.
Inspired by the idea that “you are only as old as your glands,” this series focuses on balancing the seven major endocrine glands, each connected to one of the body’s seven chakras. As we age or navigate stress and change, these glands can become depleted—dampening our vitality, emotional clarity, and metabolic health.
Through powerful Kundalini kriyas, breathwork, and meditative practices, you’ll stimulate and support each gland in sequence—restoring hormonal harmony and awakening the natural intelligence of your body’s systems.

This series is open to all levels—whether you’re deep in your Kundalini journey or just beginning. Please wear comfortable clothing and for in-person attendees, bring a yoga mat, a shawl or blanket, an optional eye covering, and water.
