This 4-class Kundalini Yoga series is designed to strengthen that inner capacity. Through breathwork, movement, meditation, and sound, you’ll clear mental and energetic blocks, cultivate intuitive awareness, and create the foundation for meaningful success.

Kundalini Yoga combines breath, movement, mantra, and meditation to strengthen the nervous system, balance the glandular system, increase mental clarity, release stored tension, and expand self-awareness. The practice helps you move beyond limiting patterns so you can lead your life with greater resilience, presence, and purpose.

Classes are held Mondays and Thursdays from 6:30 to 7:45 PM, in person or online via Zoom. Open to all levels, with no experience needed. Recordings are available for one week if you miss a class.

Please bring a yoga mat, shawl, eye covering, and water.

Pre-register for all four classes at the discounted rate of ₱3,000. Drop-in rate is ₱850 per class. Payment accepted via BPI, GCash, or PayPal.
