The Balance and Align Your Chakras workshop is on Saturday, February 17, at 10:00 am. The workshop consists of a kriya targeting each chakra, a meditation, and a sound healing gong bath.

To fully immerse yourself in the experience, we recommend wearing light, comfortable clothing and bringing a yoga mat, an eye covering, and a light shawl. Online participants should ensure they have a laptop or mobile device to connect to the Zoom session, as well as suitable audio equipment to fully enjoy the healing sound of the gong.
