The online yoga series is open to all levels, no previous yoga experience is needed. All you need is a laptop or mobile device for zoom, a yoga mat, a water bottle, and wear comfortable clothes.

Classes can be taken as a stand-alone; although it is recommended to take it in sequence. Pre-register for all five classes at P1,800 or Drop-in rate at P400 per class.
