For a fully immersive experience, wear light, comfortable clothing, bring your yoga mat, an eye covering, and a light shawl. Online participants, please ensure you have a laptop or mobile device to connect to the Zoom session and suitable audio equipment to fully enjoy the gong’s healing sounds.

Energy exchange is P1,000 online and P1,200 in-person attendance. Spaces for live participants are limited. This session is not recommended for women in their first and final trimester of pregnancy, children under the age of 7 or those experiencing serious mental health challenges.
