During this 75-minute session, you will have the opportunity to release deep-seated stress and find balance in these challenging times. Harnessing the powerful vibrations of the gong and the therapeutic properties of pure plant and flower essences, you will learn how to incorporate these powerful tools into your daily self-care routine.

To fully immerse yourself in the experience, we recommend wearing light, comfortable clothing and bringing along your yoga mat, an eye covering, and a light shawl. For online participants, please ensure you have a laptop or mobile device to connect to the Zoom session and suitable audio equipment to fully enjoy the gong’s healing sounds.

Take advantage of our early bird rate of P800 for online attendees until March 1. After that, the regular rate will be P900. For onsite participants, space is limited, and the energy exchange is P1,000.

The essential oil blend will be delivered on March 1 (delivery cost to be covered via Grab or Lalamove).
