In this workshop, you will gain a basic understanding of how the mind processes thoughts. First, as protective or negative, which asks what could go wrong? Then, projective or positive, which asks what could go right? And then, with training, the meditative or neutral mind can evaluate the best course within 9 seconds.

The more you become aware of your thoughts and the patterning of your thinking, the more you can overcome problems and difficulties and see everything that is happening or has happened – good or bad – as blessings and gifts.

The neutral mind is like a scale that balances and weighs all the information being offered. And with a strong neutral mind, obstacles become opportunities, and you can see the blessings in all. Success, happiness, and prosperity result from mastering the neutral mind.

As the founder of Kundalini Yoga said, “The real game is for you to make your mind follow you so that you can become a sage. If you choose instead to follow your mind, it will make you crazy and weak. Train the mind by directing it to confront your unlimited soul. The mind will be elevated, and you will be elevated.”

The online yoga workshop is on July 20, 2021 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. It is open to all levels, no previous yoga experience is needed. All you need is a laptop or mobile device for zoom, a yoga mat, a water bottle, and to wear comfortable clothes.
