To fully immerse yourself in the experience, we recommend wearing light, comfortable clothing and bringing along your yoga mat, an eye covering, and a light shawl. For online participants, please ensure you have a laptop or mobile device to connect to the Zoom session and suitable audio equipment to fully enjoy the gong’s healing sounds.

Take advantage of our early bird rate of ₱900 for online attendees until January 22. After that, the regular rate will be ₱1,000. For those attending in person, space is limited, and the energy exchange is ₱1,200.
