So instead of focusing on say, trying to get rid of childhood anger, it’s best to focus more on what will you feel like beyond any karmic expressions. It’s a more proactive approach and the basic premise is there’s nothing wrong with you other than what he refers to as “the inability to deepen and keep growing in awareness”.
If we know our personal numbers, we could work on the lessons that we have to integrate and the gifts to express in this lifetime. There will be less drama, trauma, pain and suffering and it will be easier to get to our Purest Potential.

The Soul Number is the day number of the date we were born. It represents a challenge and shows what we need to work on in this lifetime. Karma is the month number of the date we were born. This also represents a challenge and indicates what we need to work on to bring more harmony and balance into our personal relationships and every other aspect of our life.
The Soul and Karma numbers are the life lessons or particular issues we were born with to overcome in this life. They are the reasons why we were born on the exact date. These numbers explain how we process things and present negative habits and patterns that come out more when we are tired or under stress.
Your Gift (superpower) is your natural talent and asset.
It gives you strength and will support you when you are under stress. This is God’s gift to you. To get the number, add the last two digits of the year. Note that when a number is more than one digit, such as 12, add the two digits until you get one digit. 1 + 2 = 3. The exceptions are the number 10 and 11. Both numbers are not reduced down.

To activate our potential, we must do the work. It takes 40 days to break an old habit, 90 days to put a new habit in our subconscious and 120 days to lock the new habit into the subconscious so it becomes an automatic response.
