There is a perpetual trauma in the womb that you carry with you. It’s not your mother’s fault, and it’s not your fault. It’s the fault of not being trained to become a mother and not being trained to become a father. The kundalini yoga and meditation sets in this retreat will deal with the perpetual fear that we pick up in the womb of the mother.

There is no room for anything new unless old energies of the past, particularly from the womb, are released. If you take care of clearing out the past, you will be presented with new dreams, ideas, possibilities and experiences.

The retreat includes five kundalini yoga rebirthing sessions, three sound healing gong bath sessions, all vegan breakfast and dinner, accommodations at Greenhouse Siargao for 4 days and 3 nights, roundtrip transfer (airport to Greenhouse and back to airport).

Airfare, lunch and optional activities such as surfing and island hopping are not included in the retreat cost.
