Kundalini Yoga is a powerful, transformative practice. It uses breath, movement, sound, and meditation to break through self-imposed limits, sharpen self-awareness, and awaken your inner power. It strengthens the nervous system, balances the glandular system, tones the body, and releases tension you’ve been holding onto.

Classes run Mondays and Thursdays, 6:30 to 7:45 PM, in person or on Zoom. Open to all levels. No experience needed. Missed a class? Recordings are available. Bring a yoga mat, a shawl, an eye covering, and water.

Pre-register for all five classes at a discounted rate of ₱4,000 (regular price: ₱4,250), or drop in for ₱850 per class. Pay via BPI, GCash, or PayPal.
