Join the Power of Two on February 10, 2025 at 6:30 PM for a fun, light-hearted 90-minute partner yoga experience designed to strengthen your bond with partner, friend and/or family member.

Experience something truly different: partner yoga inspired by Venus Kriyas, designed to balance your energies, open your hearts, and deepen your connection. Through a playful mix of postures, pranayama (breathing techniques), hand gestures and meditations, you and your partner will project love, care and positive energy toward each other while cultivating harmony for your highest good.

The session concludes with a sound healing gong bath, where the powerful vibrations help clear mental and emotional blockages and recharge the nervous system, and bring both of you back into a state of balance, calm and alignment.
