Stimulate your Vagus Nerve Kundalini Yoga Workshop
May 1, 2021 * 10:00 AM
Online Session

7id you know that the vagus nerve holds the key to your vibrant health?
It is the longest nerve in the body running from the brain through the neck, affecting speech, voice, continues through the thorax affecting all the body’s organs and continues to the pelvic floor.
It is known for its role in the “rest and digest,” or parasympathetic nervous system, and it regulates various bodily systems such as breathing, heart rate, digestion, and social behaviors.
Research on the vagus nerve has revealed that it is involved in the feelings of compassion, empathy, and goodness. The vagus nerve can trigger the release of oxytocin, a hormone responsible for feelings of bonding and connection. Thus, it clears the way to be present, aware, and compassionate.
In this workshop, you will get acquainted with the vagus nerve’s essential functions and learn how to stimulate it to improve your sleep, digestion, immunity, blood sugar levels, mood, emotions, and increase your sense of trust and compassion, acceptance, and joy.
This workshop is open to yogis and non-yogis. Wear light, comfortable clothes; bring a yoga mat, an eye covering.
The 2-hour workshop is from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon on May 1, 2021 (Saturday) and is held via zoom. For inquiries, SMS (0918) 888-9198.
