While the last year has been about working inward, the ups and downs that came with pandemic have made already challenging work even more challenging. So for now, I’m turning to meditation to hone my intuition further as we continue to live and work through uncertainty.
The mantra, Ang Sang Wahe Guru, is said to be the mantra for chaos. Chanting the mantra 25 times helps eliminate haunting thoughts, develop intuition, and know the unknown. It means, “The dynamic living ecstasy of the universe is dancing within every cell of me.”
Bibiji Inderjit Kaur Khalsa, Ph.D. had said, “This mantra expresses a universal truth. Repeating it creates a thought, which gradually guides the psyche to adjust itself. It reconnects every fragmented projection of the psyche, each separated part of the body, and synchronizes the finite to the Infinite. This act of rejoining the separated parts is the quintessential act of healing. Under attack, under war, under the pressures of fear, this meditation keeps us together, conscious, and ready to act. It brings the inner peacefulness that comes only from the touch and scope of spirit.”
I’ll be chanting this mantra and playing it in a loop this week, hoping it can help me overcome some personal fears.
Tomorrow I’ll be playing the Pluto gong for Scent and Sound Healing for Prosperity.
Pluto is about regeneration, transformation, and integration. Pre-pandemic, I’d use her for clients who’d see me for sound healing before their chemotherapy. The planet Pluto represents the last frontier, the underworld, hidden riches, the deep and mysterious.
The sound vibrations of Pluto (C#, 140.25 Hz) bring the darkest parts into balance. It helps eliminate toxicity, clear deep emotional trauma, treat cancerous growths and tissue damage, and assist in major life transitions such as death and rebirth. This will be a welcome touch in our practice to attract prosperity.
As always, here’s hoping that we come out of this period of lockdown more aware and trusting of ourselves. Let us use the time to practice to do this together.
In loving service,
Rosan
