Let’s hope that this year isn’t “2020 too”! I got exposed to someone who caught COVID recently and had to be tested. While I have gotten used to getting tested regularly as part of our “new normal”, this made me anxious. Luckily, I got a negative.
I survived COVID in 2021 and found ways to treat myself while in quarantine. If you got news of an exposure, or being near someone with a COVID positive result, the first step is to isolate. As you isolate, observe for symptoms. Take the PCR test on the fifth day of exposure.
From a client: “My daughter and I tested positive yesterday. What do you suggest we do?”
If you get a positive result, do not be alarmed. My 93-year old mother contracted COVID in August during its height, and she survived. Unfortunately, four of my relatives didn’t last year.
While in quarantine, do the Inner Sun breathwork for at least 3 minutes; load up on vitamin C, D, zinc, and quercetin complex; take flumicil 600 mg effervescent tablets twice a day; steam to clear lungs and rest, sleep. The vitamins and fluimucil were prescribed to my mother.
Here’s how to do the Inner Sun breathwork:
Sit in Easy Pose, with a slight neck lock and the head covered. The head must be covered, or else you can get a headache. Bend the left arm and raise it to shoulder level with the hands in Surya mudra (tip of the ring finger to the tip of the thumb). The right thumb gently seals off the right nostril. Eyes are focused at the brow point. The breath is a steady, powerful Breath of Fire with the navel moving. Continue for 3 minutes and increase the time to 5 minutes and even more. To end, interlace all the fingers in a bear grip at the sternum level, inhale deeply, hold the breath and pull the fingers apart with all force. Repeat this sequence three more times.
Note that in this breathwork, the left nostril will activate the right hemisphere of the brain, which according to yogic science, “stores many of the diffuse negative emotions that lead us to depression and a lower functioning immune system.”

I’m sharing a paragraph from Pam Gregory’s newsletter. This helped me understand what’s going on energetically:
Some terrible things are happening in our everyday world, but so are miracles. If we look at the list of problems for our world from a 3D perspective, they are overwhelming. The sickness, death, control mechanisms, poverty, extreme Earth events, division, separation, and war all seem completely insurmountable. However, if you stop focusing on particular individuals and events and rather see this whole process as energy from your Eagle’s perch, then that becomes much easier to deal with. If we all make a concerted effort to operate from a higher frequency of love, joy, and peace through our days, the positive energy will strengthen, and the old will fall away even faster, as it is simply a shift in consciousness. This is dealing with Earth’s problems in a quantum rather than linear way.
Meanwhile, we stay indoors. We continue our journey from wherever we are.
