The workshop and yoga retreat is designed for those who want to shift their consciousness to a state of prosperity to:

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Each class includes various elements of the ancient practice of Kundalini Yoga such as breathing exercises (pranayama), kriyas (yoga poses), mudras (hand gestures) chanting, meditation and more.
Sound healing using a gong will be played at the end of the class.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle, eye covering and a light shawl.
The classes may be taken individually or as a whole.
The early bird rate for all five classes is P6,500 until May 11. Regular rate is P7,500.
The rate for one class is P1,500.
The Success and Prosperity Workshop and Yoga Retreat will be held at Namas’te Yoga and Spa, Pops District, Corong-Corong, El Nido, Palawan.
