Are you struggling to get a good night’s sleep, no matter how tired you are?
Do you find yourself waking up in the middle of the night and unable to fall back asleep? Sleepless nights can have a negative impact on your energy, mood, and daily functioning.
According to the National Sleep Foundation, it is recommended to have 7 to 9 hours of quality sleep for the body to repair, restore, and thrive. However, when sleep is disrupted, vital processes like muscle repair, memory consolidation, and hormone regulation are compromised.
If you’re looking for a natural way to improve your sleep quality, join us for a relaxing scent and sound healing session on July 20 (Sunday) at 10:00 AM. This session is designed to promote and support healthy sleep patterns, allowing you to wake up feeling refreshed and revitalized. Through the powerful vibrations of the gong and the use of pure plant and flower essences, you will learn how to incorporate these tools into your daily self-care practice.
To fully immerse yourself in the experience, we recommend wearing light, comfortable clothing and bringing a yoga mat, an eye covering, and a light shawl. If you’re joining us online, please ensure you have a laptop or mobile device to connect to Zoom, as well as a suitable audio device to fully enjoy the healing sounds of the gong during the session.
Take advantage of our early bird rate of P900 for online attendees until July 16. After that, the regular rate will be P1,000. For in-person participants, space is limited, and the energy exchange is P1,200.
