How many times have you told yourself or heard other people promise that they’d “Lose weight and get fit” in the new year?
To no surprise, that is one of the top most made and broken new year’s resolutions. It’s also very short-term and not habit forming.
Instead of writing your resolution down, why not just do it? I’m facilitating a 3-day juice cleanse yoga detox workshop to help you shed pounds gained over the holidays and cleanse you inside out.
This is not another fad diet.
The workshop combines juice fasting with yoga, meditation, and a gong bath to clear blockages from the body and mind and enables deep healing.
You have to set intentions before doing a cleanse to make the most out of it. Whether it’s for my own, or any diet, you may want to think about and even write an answer to these questions down – “Why are you doing this cleanse, and what do you hope to achieve after?”
In my last detox, my intention was to quit caffeine which I re-introduced last year after giving it up in 2016 as well as to overhaul my body and release a lot of toxins.
A perk to this workshop: you can determine your fasting level. If you find the juice cleanse too easy, do lemon water only, and if it’s too much, take the non-mucus forming diet of vegetables and soup broth. I’ll be recommending some natural therapies to help release the mucoid toxins in your body and flush them out!
I had my own juice cleanse before new year’s and felt light, revitalized, and energized after. Just imagine what it can do for you. Why not give it a try? You can still join us for this weekend’s detox cleanse workshop.
The program starts later, January 8, at 5:30 pm via zoom and continues on January 9 and 10 with a morning session at 10:00 am and evening at 5:00 pm. Click here to join.
As this ends the first week of the new year, here’s to taking the steps towards blooming no matter the circumstances. Take care and stay healthy and happy.
In loving service,
Rosan
