With conflicts unfolding abroad, rising oil prices, and so many challenges around us, it might seem strange to talk about personal growth or spiritual journeys.
But I believe these inner paths are more important than ever. What truly resonates with me is the universal need for ongoing learning, healing, and transformation, qualities we all need in times like these.
Life is a relentless teacher. The more I learn, the more I realize how much I still don’t know — about the world, and about myself. This process can be uncomfortable, even challenging. But it’s also necessary. It’s about shedding old beliefs that no longer serve us and opening ourselves to new ways of seeing and being.
Starting Monday, June 30th, I’ll be continuing my studies in the FSS Shamanism program. I write this as I prepare for another trip to Bali. I’ve chosen to Invest in growth — whether personal, spiritual, or professional — and it is how I build resilience and hope.
I believe that when we nurture ourselves, we become better equipped to face uncertainty, to support each other, and to imagine a more compassionate future.
In a world that often feels chaotic, choosing to grow is an act of courage and resistance. It’s a way of saying yes to life, connection, and transformation, even when things are hard.
So as I embark on this journey, I invite you to embrace your own path of learning and unlearning. Be curious. Be brave. And trust that every step you take brings you closer to your true self, and to a world that needs your light.
