Balance is not just about stillness—it’s about finding flow and alignment in your daily life. By creating space for balance, you’ll feel calmer, communicate more clearly, and strengthen your relationships with others. This session will also help you reflect on the areas where you may be out of alignment and gently guide you back to center.

The session runs from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM and can be attended onsite or online via Zoom. To enhance your experience, wear light, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, eye covering, and shawl for added comfort. For online participants, an essential oil blend will be delivered by May 23 (delivery fees apply). Please ensure you have a device with good audio quality to appreciate the gong’s healing vibrations fully.

The energy exchange is ₱900 for early bird registration (online) until April 9; after that, it will be ₱1,000. For onsite participants, the rate is ₱1,200 (limited slots available). Please note that this session is not suitable for women in their first or final trimester of pregnancy, children under 7, or individuals experiencing serious mental health issues.
