It not only gives us extra time to get things done but it creates a vibrational impact on the dimension of time in the Universe. It’s uncanny that the leap day falls in the sign of Pisces, the energy has a strong emotional vibe. This is the time to reflect, meditate and re-evaluate and to go inwards rather than outwards, to nurture our own sensitive energies with the highest quality of compassion.
It is recommended to make the best use of the energy of a leap day year to bring awareness to something that you want to leap forward in life.
Talk about ‘leaping forward’, it’s funny that there is a custom in Ireland where women are allowed to propose marriage to men on a leap day. The movie “Leap Year”, with Amy Adams and Matthew Goode, revolves around this custom. Amy plays the role of Anna Brady, who goes to Ireland where her boyfriend is attending a conference, to propose marriage. The tradition is a man who is proposed to on a leap day must accept it.
This doesn’t necessarily mean proposing to a loved one NOW — just make use of the energy for something that you want to move forward. That’s why the All Night Gong Puja is on this special day. A 45-minute session would clear any immediate blocks and more than that will clear most blocks, so if you want to clear blocks and raise your vibration, you are warmly invited to join.
Good news for March — midday sound healing for optimal power naps.
I’ll be offering Power Nap Recharge sound healing at the City Club every Wednesday from 12:30 to 1:00 pm and Kundalini Yoga classes from 6:30 to 7:45 pm. The hard science has proven incredible benefits for 15-20 minutes of napping. So imagine taking that mid-week recharge to the sounds of the gong.
Hope to see you tomorrow for the gong bath, or in future sessions. Keep charging on.
In loving service,
Rosan
