It’s been three years since I’ve left corporate to become a Kundalini Yoga teacher and healer (Theta Healing and Sound). I enjoy what I am doing as a healer, as I witness people transform and bloom. I must say that I’m now in the personal development field as I help people become a better version of themselves.
Stories of transformation and healing
Healing means ‘making whole’. My gong teacher, the Grand Gong Master Don Conreaux calls it as operating at “full resonant beingness”. He defines a healer as someone who assists another to return to peak resonating wholeness of tone in a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual sense.
Here are some amazing testimonies from people who have found healing through sound healing sessions with me. You may have seen some of them on my Instagram stories as they come in:
Arthur Bodergat, a first timer who walked-in the last Scent and Sound Healing, messaged me to share, “Last week when I entered the lesson [session], it was more than a week I was struggling with insomnia. Since then, it’s been getting better step by step everyday! I even slept for 12 hours straight one night! Thank you!”
Annatha Lilo also had sleep problems and had a sciatica problem, but messaged her own experience, “I slept eight hours straight without walking around the house in between. Plus I can walk on land again. I was walking on water for a while. Painful walking is gone with the gong.”
Some of the people who joined my Kundalini Yoga class where I play the gong at the end would also zonk out and tell me after class that they’ve had the best sleep in days.
I’ve been working one-on-one with cancer survivors. Anna Lanning was one of my first clients. When I saw her, she was struggling with negative thoughts, hopelessness and sadness. She says, “[Rosan’s] sessions have energized me physically and emotionally. It has made me more active and healthy. .. She was able to give me hope and inspiration. She was also able to change the energy of my home and make it a more positive happy space.” Note that I was doing the gong therapy at her home and the vibrations have cleared the energy of her home.
Another cancer survivor has been seeing me before undergoing her treatment. She sent a text last Wednesday, “I am done with my 7th chemo. Feeling a lot better than my two previous rounds of chemo. Hoping that when side effects kick in, it will be much kinder. Looking forward to my next session. Yesterday’s session helped a lot. I feel happy today which helps me deal with my chemo today. Happy me.”

The Healing Cosmic Energy of the Gong – Words from a Master
Conreaux says that the gong is an engine of healing power and is the most resonant tone-producing instrument known. The cosmic energy produced is carried by the pressure waves of sound through the skin which totally covers the body, into the inner organs, bones, nerves and brain. According to him, “When we are resonating fully, we find that not only are the reproductive cells of the body functioning optimally, but our whole-brain is function in full resonance of intuitive power, and we feel the happiness of an inner peace.”
Total gong sound is pure holistic resonance. The one experiencing it is wrapped in a cocoon that is so charged with powerful wholesome tone cell reproduction that at some point the person seems to disappear completely into the sound field. He called this phenomena as “a conscious de-materialization through sensorial sound saturation”.
I’ll be at Global Mala, so come early to beat the crowds as I will be giving a 30-minute gong bath at 7:30 am at Blue Leaf’s Stage A. My regular gong baths are at Anam Cara Manila at 7:00 pm on Wednesdays, and once a month at the Kaballah Center at 3:00pm. There is also monthly Scent and Sound Healing at Yoga+Express Legazpi. Click here to learn more and reserve for October 14’s the Release Stress through Scent and Sound Healing.
Isn’t it amazing at how sound can affect us? Whether it’s silence or the gong to steady the mind or even words of encouragement and kindness to uplift someone.
Wishing that you will all bloom into the week ahead. See you soon.
In loving service,
Rosan
