This is the season to reflect on the past twelve months and to set goals coming next. In my previous life in the corporate world, year-end reviews were essential. They helped us celebrate our achievements, pinpoint areas for improvement, and set new goals. Now, I carry that practice into my personal life, and I believe it can be helpful for everyone.
Setting goals at the end of the year isn’t just about making resolutions; it’s about creating a clear picture of what you want for your future. Taking time to reflect on your experiences can help you identify what worked well and what didn’t. This process is crucial for personal growth.
One effective way to visualize your goals is by creating a vision board. Think of it as a collage that keeps your aspirations front and center in your mind. When you see your dreams laid out visually, it boosts motivation and helps you stay committed to achieving them.
But before diving into new goals, it’s important to let go of things that hold us back.
This involves addressing feelings like resentment, regret, and rejection—what we call the 3Rs in Theta Healing. By working through these emotions, we create space for new opportunities and personal growth. It’s all about starting fresh! This process allows us to step into the new year lighter and more open-hearted.
That’s why I’m excited to invite you to our Intention Setting and Vision Board Workshop on Saturday, December 14, 2024. This workshop will guide you in breaking through money blocks and self-doubt while focusing on letting go and starting anew. It’s a wondersful chance to connect with others who are looking to set intentions for the coming year.
As we get ready to welcome 2025, a new year full of possibilities, I encourage you to take some time for reflection and goal setting—whether by joining us or creating your own vision board at home, make sure to set aside time for reflection and goal setting.
Let’s end this year with intention and make 2025 our best year yet!
In loving service,
Rosan
