Today marks the occurrence of a New Moon (17:57 PHT) in Virgo, a sign known for its practicality, resourcefulness, and attention to detail. Virgo is deeply concerned with doing things well and possesses the ability to discern what is necessary and what can be eliminated. This energy provides us with a perfect opportunity to realign with our goals and higher vision.

Alyonna Angelica calls it the beginning of the end, evolution, growth, self awareness, progressive change. The timing is perfect as I am back in Ubud in Bali, Indonesia for a while to serve as a support trainer for
KRI Level One immersion training.

This is my second time participating in an immersion, with my first experience taking place in 2019 in Espanola, New Mexico, at the heart of Kundalini Yoga. This program is immersive, and with it, intense.

Sat Siri (center) with the training team during the Level One immersion in New Mexico, 2019.

Back in 2019, lead trainer Sat Siri emphasized the importance of being in a state of shuniya, to be fully present and observant of everything around us. She reminded us that our purpose is to serve, to be attentive to the needs of the student teachers, as well as the staff and support team.

An opportunity to go inward to reflect, review and reset.

Note that six planets are still in retrograde (with Jupiter in retrograde and Mercury direct). It is urging us to reflect, review, and reset, it is a valuable time to revisit our “big WHY” – that driving force that propels us forward in life. Ask: What is it that we truly desire to accomplish? Let us harness the energy of Virgo to approach this process with methodical and practical steps, ensuring that our actions align with our long-term objectives.

For this auspicious New Moon in Virgo, I’m sharing a breathwork meditation to bring clarity, prosperity, and a deeper connection to your life’s purpose.

This meditation will assist you in visualizing the elements that support your personal and spiritual growth. It focuses on the throat chakra, the center of creativity and expression. By engaging in this meditation, you will be able to direct your mind towards career and financial objectives that serve your life’s purpose. It will guide you towards discovering the wellspring of creativity within your heart, helping you pave a path towards a fulfilling livelihood that nourishes your soul.

How to do the meditation

Here’s how to do this: Sit with a straight spine. Raise your arms in front of your torso, with your forearms parallel to the ground at shoulder height. Bend your elbows, allowing your fingers to point towards each other in front of the throat chakra, palms facing down.Press your ring and pinkie fingers under your thumbs, and touch the tips of your index and middle fingers to the tips of the opposite hand. Keep your eyes 1/10th open. Inhale for 2 to 3 seconds. Hold your breath for 5 seconds. Exhale for 10 to 15 seconds. Repeat this cycle for 11 minutes. To end, inhale deeply and relax.

Closing with this advice from my favorite astrologer, Pam Gregory, Remember that this is not just another ordinary year of retrograde planets. We are in an accelerated period of ascension, defined by our choices, actions, and points of focus. Please choose wisely and consciously, thinking in the long term.

In loving service,
Rosan
