For this session, wear light, comfortable clothes; have a yoga mat, an eye covering, and a light shawl. You’ll need a laptop or mobile device to connect to Zoom and a suitable audio device to hear the sound of the gong for the online session. The online Early Bird rate is P800 until May 22, and the regular rate is P900. For onsite attendees, the space is limited, and the energy exchange is P1,000.
