In the early 1970s, Yogi Bhajan, the founder of Kundalini Yoga in the West, predicted a cosmic transition to begin on November 20, 2011. He envisioned a time of profound change where information would be freely available and longstanding institutions would collapse, leading to both internal and external challenges for individuals. Sounds too familiar, right?

He had said, “The capacity of the mind will reach its optimum in order to deal with everyday life. The world will become smaller and smaller and smaller. So man’s vitality has to become larger and larger and larger.”

Since his prediction, we’ve seen the rise of new diseases and disorders have already propped up challenging the mind, body and spirit. Stress, anxiety, depression and fatigue are now common throughout the world. There’s a general feeling of loss of a feeling of control and alienation.

In the midst of emerging diseases, rising stress levels and widespread mental health issues, Kundalini Yoga offers a path to inner strength and thriving under pressure.

This is achieved through pranayama, kriya, bandhas, mudras and meditation to balance the glands, strengthen the nerves, control the mind and provide the inner wisdom to tackle daily issues effectively.
