You really are what you think and your mindset for 2023 will creates your reality.
Did you know that by simply changing the way you think, you can be successful? What’s stopping us from being successful are the thoughts that we’ve gotten used to and have become part of our habitual pattern. These are the thoughts from our parents growing up, in school, job, media, etc. These thoughts have limited our belief system on what we can or cannot do.
If you want to be successful in your job, you must change your mindset about your work. For instance, if you hate your job or can’t stand your boss and maybe even colleagues, and if you keep telling yourself and people about it, it becomes your reality. As the saying goes, you become what you think, and if this is how your mind operates, you will never find happiness in your work. As a Theta Healing practitioner, I’ve always said that our thoughts are the strongest creative energy. We become what we focus on and shape our reality. We are today what we thought yesterday; tomorrow, we will be what we think about today. We don’t get what we want; we get what we think.
We have the free agency to change our reality by changing our thoughts. And this year, start to think about what state of being you wish to be.
Start watching your words, watching your thoughts. Our spoken and unspoken thoughts are the tools for manifesting life and also an indicator of our subconscious state.
Let go of the negative thoughts so that you can see, appreciate and be grateful for the positive in everything, including yourself. With the negative tension gone, you can relax and open yourself up to receive the blessings life has in store for you.
Change your thoughts and words. There are ways of increasing self-worth and letting go of negativity. So, if you want to be happy – in this case, at work, where we spend 1/3 of our waking time, change your thoughts and words. Instead of saying I hate my job – you can say I am doing what I love and earning lots of money! And instead of saying I hate my boss or colleagues, you can say All my relationships are loving and harmonious! When you repeat positive thoughts and speak positive words, you can change a negative situation into a positive one.
When I wake up in the morning, I say thank you to God and bless each person, place, anything, and everything in my life with love. Before I go to bed, I write down ten things in my Gratitude Journal that I’m grateful for that happened during the day. Or do the gratitude meditation to spiral you up to positivity. A wise guru said, “Negative thoughts are the base of your misfortune and poverty – when you allow this, the loss is yours. Positive thoughts are the base of prosperity and contentment – when you allow them, the gain is yours.”
