On socials, I have shared how I’ve been using what I learned as a healer to support my ailing Mother. She passed away recently, at the age of 95. While I myself am going through grief, I have found solace in chanting the mantra “Akal” and reciting a guiding prayer to help guide her spirit to join loved ones on the other side. I’m sharing this with you in the hope that it may also bring comfort and guidance if you have lost someone dear to you.
@rosancruz_healing Experience gong sound therapy, a complementary healing practice where the soothing vibrations of the gong can help bring guiding you to a state of profound well-being. Our client’s journey exemplifies the power of this therapy: starting with an oximeter reading of 92 while using a nasal cannula, her session elevated her oxygen saturation to an impressive 97. Witnessing the improvement in her breathing, she confidently removed the oxygen support, accompanied by a noticeable boost in her appetite. Immerse yourself in the transformative world of sound healing with #soundhealing and gongbath, and uncover a symphony of revitalization. #gong #soundbath #rosancruz #complementaryhealing #complementarytherapy
In the practice of Kundalini yoga, the sacred mantra “Akal” holds a special place, especially during times of transition such as the passing of a loved one. This powerful mantra, meaning “undying,” is chanted three times to assist the soul in its journey towards the light. It serves to free the soul from the earthly realm, guiding it towards a peaceful transition into the divine beyond, reminding both the departed and those left behind of our true nature as immortal souls.
According to yogic beliefs, the soul stays within the Earth’s vibration for 17 days after leaving the body. During this time, the soul can be affected by the emotions and attachments of those who are still alive. Chanting the mantra “Akal” throughout this period is said to help guide the soul from this earthly plane to the Akal Purakh, the eternal being, and encourage it to move towards the eternal light.
To chant “Akal”, take a deep breath and then resonate the mantra in a steady, monotone voice, saying “uh-kaal” for the full length of your breath, repeating it three times. And recite this prayer after: “It’s time to go into the World of Light to be with your loved ones on the other side.”
Love fiercely. Do good, be good.
In loving service,
Rosan
