Can you imagine? In 2015 I was what they now call, “Always On.” I was working in corporate, chasing deadlines, juggling meetings, and trying to squeeze life into the spaces in between. I was running on caffeine and adrenaline, telling myself this was just the pace of modern life. What I didn’t realize was how much it was slowly draining my health, my focus, and my joy.
That same year, I took the Stress & Vitality module as part of my Kundalini Yoga Level Two Teacher Training. I thought it would simply give me more yoga knowledge. Instead, it completely transformed the way I understood stress, how it shows up in the body and mind, how to spot it early (in myself and in others), and how to balance it with conscious relaxation.

And since then, these tools have been my anchor. They’ve helped me stay centered in chaos, recover faster from challenges, and live with a steadier sense of energy and clarity. They’ve shown me that stress itself isn’t the enemy, it’s how we manage and release it that makes the difference between burnout and resilience.

We are opening this same Stress & Vitality journey as The Reset Code, to everyone, not just teachers. It’s a 60-hour hybrid experience, blending the depth of KRI Level Two Teacher Training with the restorative power of a retreat.

We’ll have three Saturdays online to start you on the tools you can work into your everyday life. Then we gather for a four-day in-person immersion at Mount Purro Nature Reserve, a haven where the air is fresh, the trees stand tall, and you can finally give yourself the space to slow down and breathe.
