It may be your mood, your energy, or your sleep that’s not quite right. And honestly, a lot of that off feeling comes down to hormones. When they’re out of balance, everything can feel harder than it should.
For the past few years, I’ve taught Kundalini Yoga and watched how simple practices—breathing, movement, and meditation, can really help people feel steadier and more grounded. That’s why I’m starting a new series called “Balance Your Hormones 7-class series,” which will start on September 4. The series is open to everyone, and no yoga experience is needed.
In the series, we will be focusing on kriyas and meditations that gently support your body’s main hormone regulators: the endocrine glands.

Starting September 4, our Balance Your Hormones 7-class Kundalini Yoga series is here to support your well-being!
Don’t worry, you don’t need to know anatomy or be flexible. Each week, I’ll guide you through easy-to-follow sequences that help with things like stress, energy, sleep, and mood.
You’ll learn about the connection between hormones and how you feel, all in a relaxed, welcoming setting. Whether you’re dealing with PMS, menopause, long work hours, or just feeling stuck in a rut, you’ll find tools that fit right into your day. And after each class with simple tips you can do at home—stuff that doesn’t take much time but can make a real difference.
Forward or take a screenshot to send this to someone who’s been feeling off. May they find their switch in their class and with practice.
In loving service,
Rosan
