Sawasdee ka! I have one more day here in Bangkok. Time here is slower compared to Manila where I am rushing somewhere to teach or do healing sessions. I have more time to appreciate and pay attention to the things around me.

Seeing signs from the universe.

I’ve been seeing a lot of signs lately. A sign serves as a precursor to a manifestation. They are messages and guidance from the Universe. I saw a huge bee last Monday and yesterday, a lone purple lotus in a bed of white lotus flowers.

A bee is an auspicious omen and represents productivity and being industrious. A lotus flower is considered sacred by many traditions around the world. it is said that when you receive a purple lotus, you will be guided to where you need power and clarity.

I still have to contemplate on the combination of these signs. Is it a telling sign that I’ll be busy as a bee as the saying goes and I need to meditate more to have clarity?

Challenge yourself to be open

Open Up and Trust!

Looking at where I am at right now, who would’ve thought I’d be working in a hotel for almost two weeks as a wellness artisan? Three years ago I was confined in a corporate setting doing the same thing over and over again. I felt stuck, unfulfilled, living without purpose or reason. And now I am helping people in every way that I can and helping abroad?

I am truly grateful for this opportunity. This is an affirmation to be open, to trust that things are going to be ok and there are infinite opportunities possible. I did enjoy the financial rewards and benefits when I was working but in the end, I was highly stressed and unhappy. Now, I am more relaxed, forgiving and open to people, places, events to come into my life. I attribute this shift to doing a personal sadhana everyday.

Anytime I need to manifest something in my life, I do a 40-minute meditation. The number 40 holds a mystical significance in life. Jesus fasted for 40 days and nights in the desert. Lent consists of 40 days. In the Kundalini Yoga technology, when you do sadhana everyday for 40 consecutive days, it will change you, it will break a habitual pattern.

There is a meditation for anything and everything. If you want your own personal sadhana and promise to do it everyday, message me.

Takstang Monastery (the name literally means ‘tiger’s nest’), perched on a 2,700 feet cliff

I will be back in the Himalayas on Saturday, and will be headed to Bhutan to attend the Punakha Festival. The site is the winter seat of the highest lama in Bhutan where each year a festival is held to honor Guru Rinpoche – “one who was born from a lotus flower.” Buddhist monks and laymen perform rituals and colorful ceremonial dances in front of the 17th-century dzongi, a fortress-monastery. I’ve always wanted to climb the renowned Tiger’s Nest in Bhutan. This is another example of how the universe works! It’s so convenient that I’m here in Bangkok, the jump off point to Bhutan.

May you learn to connect to your heart, allow miracles to happen and your dreams to come true!

In loving service,

Rosan
