Tomorrow’s New Moon is at 4:17 pm, Manila time. The new moon is in practical, resourceful, and detail-oriented Virgo. Virgos are hard-working individuals who love knowledge and know-how and are often considered perfectionists. The season’s energy will help lay the groundwork for a fresh start.
Virgo is deeply concerned about doing things well and knows to make things turn out well. So, this season is a time to persevere and work hard.
The New Moon in Virgo is an opportune time to get organized.
My favorite astrologer Pam Gregory says, “Virgo has an urge to get everything organized, methodically, and running like clockwork. So again, see which house area in your chart this is falling. Can this help you organize a project that you are working on or your thinking in general, as this is ruled by Mercury? It is a very detail-oriented sign that needs to be precise, exact, and right. It is a great time to tackle these kinds of work.”
I am sharing this meditation that you can do this New Moon in Virgo.
The meditation is called Karani Kriya for clarity and prosperity. The meditation will help you visualize the things that will support your life and spiritual growth. It works on the throat chakra, the seat of creativity and expression. This is one of the best meditation to help focus your mind on the career and financial objectives that will most support your life. The breath meditation will help you find the source of creativity in your heart, figure out how to make a productive livelihood, and gratify your soul.
Here’s how to do it:
Sit with a straight spine. Raise the arms in front of the torso with the forearms parallel to the ground at shoulder height. Bend the elbows so the fingers can point toward each other in front of the throat chakra, palms facing down. Press the ring and pinkie under the thumb and touch the tips of the index and middle fingers to the tips of the opposite hand. Eyes are 1/10th open. Inhale for 2 to 3 seconds. Hold your breath for 5 seconds. And then exhale for 10 to 15 seconds. Do this for 11 minutes, and then inhale deeply. Relax.
Did the meditation work for you? Is there a meditation you’d like for a specific purpose? I’d love to hear it, and let’s see what else we can do.
In loving service,
Rosan
